Digby Ayton - an Aussie sailing a Mirror in France

The river Seine in France viewed from the cockpit of a Mirror dinghy under sail

Digby Ayton, a Tasmainian landscape and surf photographer, is currently in France, he has bought a Mirror and is attempting to sail down the canals and rivers of France from a town west of Paris (Rouen) to the Mediterranean over a period of 3 months. On the 21st August he was in Conflans and planning to get a lift via barge to get past the tricky section of Paris.

He will be taking lots of photos along the way and has a blog which he will update regularly with stories and images here: www.digbyaytonphoto.tumblr.com

If you would like to keep updated with his adventures you can follow it if you have a tumblr account or otherwise sign up to the email newsletter (both in the top right hand corner).
