Finding the wind direction and where the sail goes (sail trim)

This RYA Onboard video explains how to work out where the wind is coming from, how to sail across the wind (this point of sailing is called a beam reach) and how to position the sail correctly (this is called sail trim). This is a key part of stage 1.
