RYA Mirror North Zone Squad 2011 - 2012

Well what a fantastic weekend we had at Carsington, perfect wind and the sun shone, what more could you ask for March! All three RYA squads joined together to get some experience with big-fleet racing.

The North Mirror Zone Squad had a very windy weekend at Beaver sailing club, with two fantastic sessions on Saturday morning and lots of capsizing!

The Mirror North Zone Squad arrived on Saturday at West Lancs YC in Southport, to be greeted with strong gusty winds coming off the sea. Th aim of the weekend was to focus on upwind sailing looking at tactics and strategy.

The North Mirror Zone Squad had a cold, wet and windy but fun weekend at Elton Sailing Club.
