I hope that you are looking forward to this weekends coaching and selection for the South Zone Squad. Saturday will be spent primarily on the water doing boat handling exercises, setting up the boat, 'changing gear' and the start/first beat, with a mini practice race to finish the day. Classroom lectures/discussions will also take place so please ensure that you bring a pen and note pad with you. Sunday will be race day, however i will be coaching during the racing as well as selecting for this years Zone Squad. You should also bring PE kit for circuit training on Sunday morning before the racing. Please be rigged and ready for 1000 and if you have any questions/requests before the weekend just add a note on the message board below.
