i put a post on the events thing but it would be really good if some of you guys could come to cam on saturday 13th october, spend a day sitting in the bank, you know fun like that....

Juts had a quick look at the website....the river looks really narrow! I think it will be the narrowest bit of water I will ever had sailed on! Anyway...that hasn't put me off don't worry Lucia!

Yes narrow but very good for roll tacking... and taking scientific weed samples from the foils(as I found last year)...fun!

yer it's good, a rough guide is about half the width of the creek at Brightlingsea when the tide is fully out, but on the other hand it's deep at the edges so...

Good to hear from you Hannah, you'll be pleased with the new lot of Hunts s.c. weed that seems to have migrated.

ps. Anna did you happen to spot the awesome pic. of me and emma with our new sails and the the cows... LOL river sailing is fun.
