Hope that everyone is looking forwarded to the coaching at the weekend.It will be a very busy but enjoyable day with shorebased exercises, on the water coaching and to end the day a race- so all new skills and knowledge can be put into practice. The focus for the day will be on improving techniques, teamwork and boat set-up.I am intending to start the briefing at 1000 hours, by which time everyone should be rigged and changed ready to sail. We will not wait! Please bring a note book to the briefing and de-brief. Anyone who has not yet entered should contact John McNulty a.s.a.p.
