[red]2006 OPEN TRAINING PROGRAMME[/red] was created by john mcnulty
THE NEW TRAINING SCHEMES ARE NOW ONLINE AT THE FOLLOWING LINK
www.ukmirrorsailing.com/squads/about.shtml
Briefly training will be organised as race training and open coaching as follows:

[RACE TRAINING
4 Class Association run weekend training camps at
Hollingorth Lake SC - 17/18 June
Royal Plymouth CYC - 17/18 June
Queen Mary Sailing Club - 24/25 June
Rutland Sailing Club - 15/16 July
These events are for all sailors from novice racers to national squad members. Coaching is designed around the RYA race training syllabus and certificates will be awarded to those completing.

Club run open training coursesorganised locally by some clubs who want to offer the RYA race training scheme for Mirrors. If you want this training ask you club to organise it - the Class Association will arrange the coaches and the syllabus.

OPEN COACHING
Open coaching at area traveller open meetings. These club run events will provide ad hoc coaching to participants in open meetings and can be organised either on a day prior to the event or at the event itself on the day. The Class Assopciation will arrange for a coach to be in attendance.

These events are great opportunities for all those who want to get more out of their sailing at whatever level to do so. Please go to the link at the top of the page for more details.

Have a good season and I hope to see lots of you at the training.

John
