Coaching at Poole this weekend was created by Matt
Those lucky people who are coming to the best sailing club in the world will need to bring.....

- Pen and notepad
- 2 weather forecasts and tide times
- Have looked at a chart of the nationals racing area in Poole Harbour
- Chat to your helm/crew about when and what you are both doing in tacks/gybes/hoists and drops
- The biggest leaf you can find

I'm planning on covering topics 1 & 2 in your open coaching syllabus, that being 'Teamwork' and 'Going Faster'.
I am also a local Poole sailor, so will try and teach you as much as i can about the tactics of Poole Harbour so you can all win the Nationals! <img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle> This i was planning to do on saturday evening so we don't loose any time on the water, so please let me know if this is convenient or not????

See you all there,

matt
