am looking for a pair of oars for my love of my life, my mirror any help appreciated.p.s what length would i be looking for ?

The only type of oars you need are a few feet high and are really red!!

Failing that a "praddle" is small and convenient, and saves you having to put rowlocks onto the boat, and store proper oars, which will invariably get in the way at every possible opportunity!!

Can't get at mine to measure them, but i reckon they're about 7 feet or so. If you ask at a chandler's they'll be able to recommend the right length. (At least with oars both arms hurt at once, with a praddle...)

Peers, We have some oars here which came with a Mirror, but we are based at the far end of Cornwall and postage could be expensive,Beth.

Hello Peers
We have some oars that came with an old Mirror, you can have them however we live in the Colchester area. Don't know if that is close to you!
