Hi Guys
Hope you're all well and looking forward to this weekend. You'll be with Peter Aitken. Normal start times of 10am on Saturday and 9am on Sunday, with the aim of getting away early. It should be another good chance of practicing in shifty winds but flat waters.
PROGRAM
Sat am: Boat handling with an emphasis on tacking - read up your routines and pointers from last session.
Sat pm: Boat speed. What makes us go fast. 2 boat tuning, etc.
Sat pmpm: Sailing psychology talk.
Sun amam: PE
Sun am: Starting theory and exercises.
Sun pm: Team/match racing although this may be replaced with fleet racing unless the conditions are perfect.
Most of you hopefully already have the excel spreadsheet version of our program, but I have emailed it to Rick who will hopefully pass it on to the rest of you beforehand.
