Class rules 1.4.7 athwartships curvature how is it measured ?

Use 2 blocks of equal and known size, (say 20x20x40) centres positioned 50mm in from boat centre and in from chine. Use a straight edge across the top, then measure depth at shallowest (or deepest) part.
