Pre-weekend work Well we have had a good Half term and I hope school has not been to much of a shock. The IT and Girls Days we were able to do mostly the same things so

9.am Arrive Rig and get changed Squad Dinghy Park
9.40am Parent Briefing Sailors get ready Mums & Dads
10.am Roll call Briefing Sailors and coaches
10.30am Pre-Sailing warm-up outside or Hanger
10 45.am Go Sailing Power 1/2 hour Boat handling
12.30.. Lunch Canteen
OTW pm approximately
13.30 Go Sailing Sausages&gut busters Squad go sailing OTW Fun and games
18.00hrs video debrief Peter & Nicky mirror room
19.00hrs Squad tea/ Supper Canteen
18.45 Talk TBA GK Quiz or rules clinic with TSS
Sunday
8.30 am Core warm up with Stretching Peter & Nicky
9.00 am Breakfast Canteen
9:30 AM Brief for on the water Starting Box T&D Transits Long line short beat Peter & Nicky OTW
lunch at 12:30 approx lunch Canteen
13.15 Briefing All mirror room
13.30.. Racing For small prizes windward leeward gate& Trapezoid Peter & Nicky OTW
15.45 video Look and learn from what we have done over the w/e

Post week-end work Start Dairies for year think about what we have done and use the message board to talk to other squad members
