Matt B was fantastic in Sweden at Championship Weather and championship prep with worlds not so far away so will have him deliver as much as this as poss.
Try and get out side on one day need packed lunches (find cost or bring your own)

PA is hoping for Dave Woodhead to help but no one booked yet as date has changed
Championship Venue will go into Championship mode
Will need to see how we have come out of all the kit up grades
Have man to man talk with parent about what we the coaches believe is fast and why
