Grey GRP Mirror dinghy surfing on a grey day

I have the MCA South Demo Boat at home (Alverstoke, near Gosport) at the moment and currently it has not been booked for the winter training season. The MCA has the boat to introduce new sailors into Mirrors and help with club level training.

It provides access into local Open Meetings for those who do not currently have their own boat and can also chartered for Championships and Regattas. Given that the Brightlingsea demo boat has now been moved I am more than happy for the boat to go to the East Area if it might be usefully employed.

I do not want the boat taking up space next to my house over the winter and would much rather it is being used by individuals or a club. Also, if you are considering introducing a double-handed junior boat, maybe as a feeder for the Feva (the Mirror is more suited to younger, lighter and female crews) then do not hesitate to ask to borrow it. The boat has its own double trailer. Contact Rob Bellfield.
