The fourth one-day event was held in perfect conditions at Mounts Bay on Sunday 20 March. James Rusden set two morning exercises to hone downwind skills concentrating on spinnaker handling and a gut buster to polish boat handling. National squad sailors, Tom Cosier and Niamh O'Neill, joined for the day and benefited from James attention to detail.
Following lunch in the Sailing Club, the afternoons three races to put the mornings session into practise, showing further progress from another good days work. Thanks to MBSC for their generosity in using the club and equipment and friendly welcome to the squad. Also, to the RYA and Mirror Association for their ongoing support.
The final event is at Looe on Saturday 9 April, with training in the morning, joining the club racing in the afternoon.
