Royal Plymouth Corinthian YC Mirror Open, 5th & 6th June 1976

The races were sailed in very light winds, with places constantly changing due to the fluky conditions. The series was dominated by the two entrants from Plym Yacht Club, who filled the first two places.

An encouraging feature was the performance of some of the young, first-year helms, who kept well up with the leaders.
