1963 & 1964
Wood kit, manufactured in 1963, so would have been for a Mk 1 interior. Kit built by D. Fern Esq. from Herts. We still have the Mirror Class Association (MCA) index card for this boat showing the build date was 5.8.64, so about a year after the kit was manufactured. That may explain why it has so many features of the Mk 2 interior (introduced towards the end of 1963). It was measured on 11th August 1964 and a certificate issued by the MCA.

This boat is now for sale for £350 O.N.O
The family has owned it for about twenty years and enjoyed sailing it in the Solent off Bembridge. However, it has not been used much in the past five years and it would be good for someone else to get some use out of it. You will see it's in pretty sound condition though one stay will need to be replaced.
