The 2020 Southern Area Championship will take place on Friday 8th May (a Bank Holiday) at Itchenor SC.
The RYA Suzuki Dinghy Show 2020, in association with Yachts and Yachting, is held at the magnificent Alexandra Palace in London over the weekend of 29th February & 1st March. This year, thanks to P&B and Harken, there will be a 2019 Winder Mirror, fitted out by P&B for 2015 National Champion Dave Wade with all the latest systems and upgrades on the Harken stand, B50.
The 2020 Rooster UK Mirror Nationals will be held from Wednesday 22nd to Saturday 25th July 2020 at Ullswater YC in the Lake District

Ripon Sailing Club hosted its first Mirror Open Meeting since 2015 on Saturday 5th October, following a resurgence in Mirror sailing at the club over the last two seasons.
Nine Mirrors participated and demonstrated the range of boats that represent the Mirror class these days from a much loved 50 year old gaff rigged wooden boat to several new bermudan rig Winder racing machines. A full mix of age ranges was out on the water, with the youngest sailor aged 3 and the oldest a mere 81!
33 boats including the reigning National Champions Chris & Daisy Fuller, ex-World champion Chris Balding & a two times ex-National Champion Dave Wade, gathered at Poole YC for the Rooster UK Mirror Nationals from 11th to 14th August. There was even an international presence from Alle & Floris Roodbergen (NED) with their World Championship winning boat, equipped with a very Dutch orange spinnaker. Great racing in the sheltered waters of Poole harbour's Top Triangle, and the club were very welcoming and accommodating.
