1^st Ever Beaver Winter Series 2010

Saturday 17^th April saw the final day of the first ever Beaver Sailing Club Mirror Winter Series. The weather was as if summer had come early and was exactly what Matt Grayson (organiser and O.D.) had ordered for the day. There was a steady but shifty breeze in the morning which built up towards the end of the afternoon, providing us with excellent conditions for some close, competitive racing.

Before the racing commenced the title could have gone any of three ways- Sarah Richards with her son George, Matthew and Ben Lulham-Robinson and Eddie Grayson with Matty Foster. Only the racing would decide the winner.

Training this weekend at Beaver

REMINDER  There is training this weekend (18th April) at Beaver Sailing Club. This follows on from the Mirror open event on Saturday. Training will be run by North Squad coaches Dave Woodhead and Adam Savage. Just turn up if you wish to take part. Start time is 9.30 for 10.00 on the water.
