Meg Amsden, meg@nutmegpuppet.co.uk , from Suffolk has had two Mirrors over the years - the hulls now both defunct - and she is left with two lots of sails, masts, daggerboards, rudders, etc. see attached photos. The older set are less good than the most recent.
