I am sailing age 16 and sail a 420. I was 5th girl boat, first girl not in the youth squad at the Largs Youth Nationals but was not put into the Youth Squad because my current crew is 18. I am looking for a girl of similar age (preferably tall) to do a serious, 420 campaign, aiming for a Youth Squad place this autumn and Worlds and Junior Europeans team places in 2006. Previous crewing experience is not necessary. I live in Kent but distance is no problem.
